Who's in charge, here?
Lan, Heidi, and a team of volunteers from the Steelsings messageboard. Whenever there is a vacancy in editing spots, a notice is posted in the Icefall Fanzine forum.

Who made this website? Who drew the dragon graphic? Can you teach me HTML?
This website was hand-coded in Notepad by Lis, who relied heavily on online tutorials to learn HTML and CSS. She doesn't know what she's doing, mostly, so she's probably not a good person to ask. The dragon was drawn and coloured by Jessalyn.

What's the mailing list? How do I sign up?
Icefall has a mailing list that we use to notify our readers of upcoming deadlines and new issues. To sign up, post on the "Icefall mailing list" topic at Steelsings or send us an email at icefall.fanzine@gmail.com.

What is slash? Why is it mentioned especially?
'Slash' means any fanfic with homosexual relationships. There are some people who have moral objections to homosexuality in any form, so we try to include warnings when we feature slash stories.

Where else can I find good fanfic?
A lot of our fanfic comes from writers down at the Dancing Dove, so they're a great place to start. We wouldn't recommend checking The Pit of Voles because there are no guarantees of quality. At all.

Why is fanfiction.net called the Pit of Voles?
Don't ask us. We didn't start it.
