Terms of Submission

1. Submissions

By submitting your work to the fanzine Icefall, its editors, emails, departments and/or associated personnel (referred to hereon forth as 'The Icefall Team') you agree to the following terms:

1a. that The Icefall Team has permission to publish your work in the fanzine Icefall, in whole or parts, at their discretion; that this permission is valid for the period of time up to one year after the day of submission.

1b. that The Icefall Team may make minor adjustments to your work at their discretion; any change beyond that of a cursory nature will occur only after consultation with you.

1c. that submissions may be rejected at the editors' discretion on basis of such factors as suitability and quality.

1d. that your work may remain in the Icefall Archives for an indeterminate amount of time and be accessible by internet users at large

1e. that should you wish to remove your work from the fanzine Icefall post-publication, you may apply to The Icefall Team after a waning period of three months (when the next issue is published); all requests will be granted barring special circumstances.

2. Copyright and Ownership

All works published in the fanzine Icefall remain the intellectual property of the composer

2b. It is an assumption upon submission that you have provided an original piece of work; as such, any copyright infringements are your responsibility alone. The Icefall Team does not and takes no obligation to supervise plagiarism and other copyright issues.

2c. Though The Icefall Team will undertake all discretionary measures to protect the intellectual integrity of your work, it cannot be held responsible for plagerism from a third party.

3. Accepting the Terms

By submitting your work to The Icefall Team, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of submission.
